Ain Tizgha Vacation Packages

The room was nice size but the amenities needs improvements.

Starting off the very positive experience, the staff was welcoming and really helpful. I had gotten lost walking from the train station, so I was a bit frazzled when I arrived very late. But Walid at check-in was great. Thank you! The room was great. I was happy to have a fridge and a great shower. Breakfast was really tasty! The olives were so delicious! Overall, 5 stars!!!

Staff and hotel were just 5 star!

Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good as the face of the hotel. The room was ok and the area the hotel was in was ok. Would not stay here again unless there wasn't another option as there are too many options of other places to stay.
